US and Canada Shipping & Delivery

We use two methods of shipping product. 

1) United States Postal Service.
2) Federal Express. 

Based on the method you chose will determine the speed in which you receive your order.  You will receive an email when your order ships along with the tracking number (first class mail from the USPS does not provide a tracking number)

Orders will ship 24 to 48 hours after payment is received.

International Shipping Disclaimer

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by Dirtbag Music Inc., please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded.

Returns & Replacements

If for any reason your products do not meet your expectation, any unused garment can be returned for a full refund of the value of the item within 21 days of purchase (shipping will not be refunded for returned items). Please e-mail us at INFO@COREREVOLT.COM  for authorization. Please send returns to:

To exchange an item for the identical item please just return the item with the original receipt or a simple note stating the size your would like.   We will exchange the item and return the items via USPS and or FedEx  ground at our expense for the first exchange.  If second exchange is needed shipping costs will be billed to customer.

My order did not go through but I still see a charge on my account:

If you placed your order with a bank card (ATM) and the order was denied or was rejected at time of check out your bank may put the order amount on “hold” for 24-48 hours.  This is something the bank does to make sure if the order did go through the funds would be available.  Core Revolt has no control over this bank procedure so if you have multiple orders that are denied or rejected at the time of check out you will see multiple holds on the order amount.  The bank holds usually last 24-48 hours and then you should see them disappear from your account. 

- What is a "pending transaction" or "authorization"?

When you make a purchase with your debit or credit card, the merchant sends a request to your bank to make sure the account is open and funds are available. The bank returns an authorization code allowing the merchant to collect those funds at a later date. Most banks will then place a temporary hold on those funds to allow the merchant time to collect. These holds have an automatic expiration date of 3-5 business days, depending on bank policy. These holds will be released during nightly processing on the expiration date, or when the transaction
